The first step in our process to sell your home successfully is to conduct a detailed consultation and home tour session. In this session we will:

3. Discuss Staging so as to obtain the most favorable presentation of your home

Step 2: Price to Sell
Our goal is to sell your home for the most amount of money in the shortest amount of time. There are several factors (comparables, demand, season) in determining the right price of your home and when we get to this point in the process, your agent will present detailed market reports to help you understand the market value of your home and help us reach that magic number.
Step 3: Position
It is crucial that your home is properly positioned to its audience. Your Riemer Residential agent will present you with our action plan to market your home which will include marketing on over 100 social media and websites, we will market your open houses (if applicable), realtor tours, and more.
Step 4: Pause
